Pharmaceutical District Supervisor – Trinidad & Tobago

About the role

The Pharmaceutical District Supervisor will lead a promotional and sales team across Trinidad & Tobago, ensuring optimal product rotation and a high‑performing physician panel. The role focuses on meeting corporate objectives through effective field execution, stakeholder engagement, and rigorous reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the promotional team while supporting field sales representatives.
• Monitor and evaluate performance indicators, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Implement the marketing strategy on the ground and maintain accurate tour plans, CRM entries, and visit reports.
• Maintain and grow a targeted panel of physicians, driving prescription volume and turnover.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align activities, submit required administrative documents, and ensure timely reporting.
• Develop monthly and quarterly event plans, monitor execution, and adjust sales activities as needed.
• Conduct field work days for training, motivation, and performance coaching.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution channels and regional healthcare institutions.
