About the role
We are looking for a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to join our global safety team, working remotely from anywhere in Spain. The role ensures compliance with local and regional quality management systems and serves as the primary liaison for safety and medical information matters.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the Local Safety Officer and Medical Information Specialist in Spain, as required by local regulations.
- Communicate with health authorities and ensure adherence to applicable guidelines.
- Collect, process, and disseminate safety information, product quality complaints, and medical device incident reports.
- Maintain and develop quality standards for local pharmacovigilance activities.
- Perform weekly literature monitoring and national pharmacovigilance regulation surveys.
- Support inspections, audits, and handle medical information enquiries from patients and healthcare professionals.
Required profile
- Degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine or another life‑science discipline.
- Minimum two years of experience in pharmacovigilance.
- Based in Spain with fluency in Spanish and English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Experience using pharmacovigilance databases.
