Planisware Enterprise Specialist & Digital Coach

About the role

As a Planisware Enterprise Specialist & Digital Coach you will be the functional anchor for the Planisware Enterprise platform, turning complex digital tool data into actionable insights and supporting colleagues across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external developer teams using Agile methods to shape and deploy new Planisware Enterprise features, lead UAT, NRT and release management.
• Serve as trusted advisor and mentor for Digital PMOs, Project Managers and Financial Controllers, delivering training, workshops and coaching on tool processes and project management methodologies.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Google Data Studio or SAP Analytics Cloud, and report on program and project KPIs to support data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Business Informatics, Business Management or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven functional administration or subject‑matter expertise in Planisware Enterprise, with strong hands‑on experience in PMO processes, KPI tracking and financial workflows.
• Experience applying Agile frameworks to tool development cycles, including user story mapping, defect tracking and UAT.
