Planisware Enterprise Specialist & Digital Coach

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Planisware Enterprise Specialist and Digital Coach (f/m/d) in its Performance and Project Portfolio team (TDXP), based in Getafe, Spain, with hybrid work. The role acts as the functional anchor for Planisware Enterprise, which covers all digital projects, bridging complex tools with the teams that use them and supporting colleagues across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Work with internal and external developer teams using Agile methods to shape and deploy new Planisware Enterprise features.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), non-regression testing and release management.
• Act as advisor, mentor and functional expert for Digital PMOs, project managers and financial controllers.
• Deliver training, workshops and coaching on tool processes and project management methodologies.
• Track, analyse and report on program and project KPIs.
• Design and maintain dashboards in tools such as Google Data Studio or SAP Analytics Cloud to support data-driven decisions.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Management or a related field.
• Proven functional administration or subject-matter expertise in Planisware Enterprise.
• Hands-on experience with PMO processes, project/program KPI tracking and financial tracking workflows.
• Experience applying Agile frameworks to tool development, including user story mapping, defect tracking and UAT.
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
