Pool Attendant (Piscinero/a)

About the role

Barcelo Hotel Group is looking for a dedicated Pool Attendant to join the team at Hotel Barceló Santiago. You will be responsible for keeping the pool area clean, safe and welcoming for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the pool area, furniture and equipment in orderly condition.
• Store, control and correctly handle all pool chemicals and related materials.
• Perform pH tests and other measurements to ensure water quality and guest wellbeing.

Required profile

• Official Professional Certificate in "Pool Maintenance and other Aquatic Installations" (Real Decreto 3/2023).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar pool‑maintenance role.
• No language requirement; Spanish is sufficient.
• Additional knowledge of plumbing and electricity is valued.
