PR Coordinator – 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

UNIQLO is looking for a PR Coordinator to join its Spain marketing team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Based in Barcelona, you will support the brand’s communication strategy across Spain, working closely with the Head of Marketing & PR, internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of PR and communication activities in line with European and global guidelines.
• Identify, coordinate and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers.
• Assist in planning and delivering press events, showroom initiatives and brand activations.
• Collaborate daily with the local PR agency on campaign execution and showroom planning.
• Manage media‑relations tasks such as maintaining press lists, coordinating sample distribution and supporting outreach.
• Track coverage, update reports and maintain PR materials and databases.
• Coordinate content to ensure alignment with brand messaging across PR and digital channels.
• Support local partnership plans and help boost brand visibility in stores.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in PR, communications, marketing or a related field.
• Experience with influencer/KOL management and media relations; agency background is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude and willingness to take ownership of operational duties.
