About the role

This unpaid internship offers hands‑on experience as a waiter in the Barceló Benidorm Beach hotel. You will work in a dynamic hospitality environment, serving guests and learning the fundamentals of food‑and‑beverage service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and autonomous manner.
• Welcome guests, escort them to tables, and ensure seating arrangements meet their needs.
• Prepare, set up, and break down service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and service equipment.
• Assist with the preparation of orders and support the bar staff when required.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a study program and able to sign a practice agreement with the educational institution.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Team‑oriented, able to work under pressure and maintain a professional appearance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer‑focused attitude.
