About the role

This unpaid internship offers a hands‑on experience in the kitchen of Barceló Benidorm Beach. You will work alongside professional chefs, supporting daily food preparation and learning the operational standards of a 4‑star resort.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing all recipes according to technical sheets and menu rotations.
• Support cost control, inventory management and purchasing activities.
• Participate in cleaning, preservation, cooking, regeneration and restocking of food items.
• Receive and store food supplies following established safety and hygiene procedures.
• Perform tasks in compliance with current safety, hygiene and legal regulations.

Required profile

• Enrolled student able to sign an internship agreement with the educational centre.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow detailed technical instructions.
