About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in the front‑desk area of Barceló Benidorm Beach hotel. You will support daily reception operations, interact with guests, and develop core hospitality skills in a dynamic resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process check‑in and check‑out documentation for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of reception furniture and facilities.
• Answer telephone inquiries and manage external calls.
• Handle currency exchange transactions.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and dining areas to ensure smooth service.
• Provide guests with information, address their requests, and resolve complaints.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality and Tourism.
• Minimum of one year experience in a similar front‑desk role.
• High proficiency in English; additional language is a plus.
• Adaptability, teamwork orientation, customer focus, strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with reservation software.
