About the role

Barceló Hotel Group is offering a short‑term internship in the Administration Cluster, providing university students or recent graduates with hands‑on experience in a global hospitality environment. The role supports the administrative team with daily tasks and projects while gaining insight into hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team in completing assigned tasks and projects.
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Conduct research and data analysis related to the assigned work area.
• Help prepare reports, presentations and other required documentation.
• Support the management of databases and relevant records.
• Stay updated on trends and developments in the field of study.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled university student or recent graduate in a discipline relevant to the assigned area.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
