About the role

This internship supports the Guest Experience department at Barceló Benidorm Beach, helping to ensure that every guest receives a personalized and memorable stay. You will work closely with the department manager to implement standards, monitor performance, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the department manager in applying attributes, standards and manuals across the hotel.
• Monitor compliance and support the creation of improvement plans when needed.
• Personalize guest stays, anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
• Help implement customer‑experience management tools and analyse results from internal surveys and online reputation platforms.
• Manage guest incidents following established protocols.
• Support the adaptation of standards to local conditions and assist other related departments.

Required profile

• Student of Tourism, Marketing or a related field.
• Must be able to sign an internship agreement with your educational institution.
• Unpaid position.
