About the role

Barceló Hotel Group offers a hands‑on internship where you will rotate through several hotel departments, gaining practical experience in a leading international hospitality brand. The program is designed for students who want to explore the operational side of a 4‑ and 5‑star hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Assist housekeeping staff in daily room preparation.
• Support front‑desk operations and guest check‑in/out.
• Work alongside restaurant, bar and lounge teams.
• Participate in kitchen activities and food service preparation.
• Help maintenance crew with routine tasks.
• Contribute to guest experience initiatives.
• Assist commercial, events, reservations and revenue departments.
• Perform administrative duties in the economato and finance area.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a vocational training program, bachelor’s degree or master’s related to hospitality, tourism, business or a similar field.
• Willingness to sign a training agreement with your educational institution.
• Specific requirements may apply depending on the department of assignment.
