About the role

Join the Occidental Hotels & Resorts team in Alicante as a Reception Intern. You will support the front‑desk team in delivering a seamless guest experience while gaining hands‑on exposure to daily hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle reservations.
• Answer telephone inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services.
• Assist with guest requests, billing issues, and basic administrative tasks.
• Maintain the reception area’s appearance and ensure all documentation is up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, tourism or related degree program.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Customer‑service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
