Principal Global Cyber Compliance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Global Cyber Compliance professional to lead our worldwide cyber compliance initiatives. In this highly visible position you will shape strategy, define metrics and work closely with Information Security, Legal, Privacy and business teams to ensure adherence to evolving cybersecurity regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the global cyber compliance strategy.
• Drive compliance with regulations such as GDPR, NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act and other applicable laws.
• Define, implement and maintain KPIs to monitor compliance performance.
• Monitor legislative developments worldwide and adapt internal policies, processes and controls accordingly.
• Coordinate compliance processes and policies with global peers and the Information Security team.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance status, processes and regulatory requirements.
• Assess compliance performance, identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Support audits, assessments and regulatory reviews by providing evidence of compliance.
• Promote collaboration across multiple departments and international stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Security, Information Technology, Law, Quality Management or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience with cybersecurity regulations, including GDPR, NIS2 and the Cyber Resilience Act.
• Experience working in compliance organizations and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to work with global, cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confidence in making decisions on priorities, metrics and improvement actions.
