Process Engineer – A350 Legacy Programs

About the role

Airbus Operations in Illescas is looking for a Process Engineer to support the S19 A350 Legacy programmes. You will join the Work Preparation department, ensuring that production processes are maintained, optimised and ready for ramp‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise existing processes, including the preparation of Practical Problem Solving (PPS) reports, Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) and line‑balancing for ramp‑up.
• Support the industrialisation of new manufacturing tools and technologies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for products and processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• High adaptability, autonomy and proactive attitude.
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• Line balancing calculations.
• Experience with composite materials.
• Advanced CATIA proficiency.
• Python (nice to have).
