Process Engineer – S19 A350 (RU)

About the role

An opportunity for a Process Engineer has arisen within Airbus Operations in Illescas, Spain. The role is part of the Work Preparation department, supporting production by maintaining and optimizing processes for key projects such as S19 A350, HTP S.A, and 330.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize existing processes together with cross‑functional teams, including Practical Problem Solving (PPS), Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) and line balancing for ramp‑up.
• Implement new manufacturing tools and technologies as part of the new media industrialisation effort.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for both products and processes.

Required profile

• Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree (or related discipline).
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• Line balancing calculations.
• Composite materials experience.
• Advanced CATIA skills.
