Process Technician – Assembly Line

About the role

StarkStark is looking for a Process Technician to support its motorcycle and battery assembly lines in Sant Boi, Barcelona. You will work directly on the shop floor, ensuring that production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide rapid technical assistance on the assembly lines when tooling or equipment issues arise.
• Troubleshoot and repair jigs, fixtures, cables, sensors, and other production equipment.
• Escalate recurring tool problems to Engineering for root‑cause analysis.
• Perform routine maintenance and functional checks to keep tools reliable.
• Implement small improvements and upgrades in collaboration with the Production team.
• Assist with equipment setup and validation for new product introductions.
• Support 5S and Lean initiatives to maintain a tidy and organized workspace.

Required profile

• Vocational training or degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electronics, automation technology or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience supporting production lines, preferably in automotive, electronics or industrial assembly.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to solve tooling, electrical and mechanical issues quickly.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to work in a shift environment.
• Fluent Spanish; English is a plus.

Required skills

• Troubleshooting of tooling, jigs, fixtures, sensors and electrical connections.
• Basic repairs of cables, wiring, and small mechanical components.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
