Procurement Administrator – Barcelona

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Procurement Administrator to join our fast‑growing production team in Barcelona. You will be the backbone of our purchasing process, ensuring that every order, supplier interaction and data entry is handled with precision.

Key responsibilities

• Create, process and track purchase orders from request to delivery.
• Coordinate with international suppliers on quotations, order confirmations, lead times and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate supplier records, contracts and purchasing documentation in our ERP system (Odoo).
• Partner daily with Operations, Production, Planning and Finance to guarantee smooth procurement workflows.
• Support inventory tracking, replenishment activities and invoice matching.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and ensure compliance with internal purchasing procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement administration, purchasing or supply‑chain support.
• Higher National Diploma, Associate or University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or Finance.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proactive, organized and able to juggle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with ERP/MRP software, preferably Odoo.
