Procurement Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our Procurement department. The role will coordinate purchasing activities, manage supplier relationships and support smooth supply‑chain operations across our international locations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and QHSE standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement data in ERP and internal systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and guarantee stock availability.
• Verify supplier documentation such as invoices and delivery notes.
• Coordinate and follow up on deliveries from international suppliers.
• Communicate daily with suppliers in Asia and Europe via email and teleconferences.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other NRF European entities.
• Generate procurement reports, monitor KPIs and evaluate supplier performance.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and proper document management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in procurement, supply chain or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Good communication skills in an international environment.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Problem‑solving skills and adaptability.
