Procurement Manager – Technology Sourcing (Remote, Spain)

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Manager with a strong background in technology sourcing to lead our procurement strategy. The role is fully remote within Spain and involves optimizing costs, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance across a global tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement strategies aligned with financial and technical goals.
• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement cycle: needs identification, sourcing, negotiation, and contracting.
• Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, pricing, and payment conditions for software, cloud, SaaS, hardware, and telecom services.
• Evaluate, select, and oversee technology vendors, driving cost optimisation through market analysis and benchmarking.
• Maintain contracts, licences, and service agreements, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Finance on risk and compliance matters.
• Implement and improve digital procurement tools (ERP, procurement platforms) and track KPIs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in a tech or digital environment.
• Proven track record negotiating software contracts and managing IT vendors.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent professional English and excellent stakeholder management skills.
