Procurement & Reporting Internship – Graduate Programme

About the role

Join Airbus’s Graduate Programme in Albacete for an 11‑month, full‑time internship focused on procurement and reporting. You will work within the Procurement & Logistics department, supporting operational activities for a range of helicopters while gaining a master‑level academic qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Procurement & Logistics department in Spain, especially the PREFAL operations in Albacete.
• Assist with supply‑chain and quality aspects of contracts, ensuring on‑time, on‑quality (and cost) performance.
• Help with supplier quality approval and certification compliance.
• Identify supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Collaborate on short‑term recovery plans and supplier performance improvement projects.
• Prepare and deliver KPI and operational performance reports.
• Track numbers and follow‑up on key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Business, Logistics or Industrial Engineering.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• General knowledge of industrial organization, space products and manufacturing technologies.
• Ability to work in a complex technical environment with a digital mindset.
• Self‑motivated and eager to work in manufacturing or space sectors.
