Procurement & Supplier Manager

About the role

MELLER is expanding its global retail footprint and needs a strategic Procurement & Supplier Manager to build and optimise the supplier network for new store openings worldwide. You will work closely with the Expansion team to balance cost, quality, and speed, ensuring each project meets the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate with suppliers involved in retail store openings.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers across multiple markets.
• Optimise costs for construction, furniture, production, and materials.
• Negotiate commercial terms, timelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor supplier performance, budgets, and project execution.
• Identify savings opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
• Standardise processes and supplier structures across countries.
• Build long‑term relationships with key suppliers and partners.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supplier management.
• Background in retail, hospitality, construction, or large‑scale expansion projects.
• Strong analytical mindset and efficiency‑driven approach.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable thriving in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Fluent English.
