Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist to support an airline based in Viladecans, Spain. The role ensures the timely availability of materials, spare parts, equipment, and services required for aircraft operations, while optimizing purchasing processes and supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes for materials, spare parts, and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with national and international suppliers.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure compliance with agreed commitments.
• Support the optimisation of supply‑chain and procurement workflows.
• Maintain inventory levels to guarantee availability of critical items.
• Prepare purchasing reports, cost analyses, and performance indicators.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Finance teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply‑chain functions.
• Experience in airlines, MRO, aircraft maintenance, or the aerospace industry is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of supply‑chain processes and supplier management.
• Strong analytical mindset and results‑oriented approach.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2).
