Product Applications Intern - Consumer Applications

About the role

Analog Devices, a global semiconductor company, is looking for an Applications Engineering intern for its Custom Silicon Solutions (CSS) team at the Valencia site. The team works on consumer technologies such as hearables and wearables, handsets and other mobile devices, including capacitive sensing, camera lens drivers and power management controllers. The internship is part of the Entry Level Hiring program, which offers professional development, meaningful projects and a pathway to full-time roles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high-level Python scripts for hardware control
• Support internal teams and customers in resolving technical issues
• Design analog and digital circuits at board level, including schematic entry and PCB design
• Test and debug board hardware using lab equipment and Python
• Generate customer-facing documentation, datasheets, specifications and user guides

Required profile

• Working towards a degree in Electrical/Electronic, Electronic and Computer Engineering or a similar field
• Interest in the latest consumer technologies, analog and digital circuit fundamentals and software development
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
