Product Data Analyst

About the role

Murphy is looking for a Product Data Analyst to turn every transaction into reliable analytics. You will work directly with the co‑founders, owning the metrics, models and dashboards that drive every decision.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain KPIs across teams, ensuring consistent calculation.
• Build data models and dashboards that turn raw call, debt and payment data into trusted answers.
• Automate invoicing pipelines for multiple banks and currencies.
• Design and interpret experiments to measure real lifts in recovery rates.
• Investigate anomalies, identify root causes and implement fixes at the source.

Required profile

• Highly analytical with a track record of building metrics and models used in production.
• Fluent in SQL and Python.
• STEM degree with top‑class academic performance.
• Outcome‑oriented, willing to chase numbers until they influence decisions.
• AI‑native mindset, focused on quality and automation.
