Product Manager – iGaming

About the role

Gypsy Collective, a talent partner for selected brands, is looking for a Product Manager to drive product vision and delivery through collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role focuses on understanding user needs, defining product features and ensuring successful launches that meet strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive threats
• Manage product roadmaps, prioritize features and ensure timely delivery
• Work closely with design, engineering and marketing teams to bring products to market
• Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve products
• Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience in iGaming
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Ability to manage 3-5 projects in parallel on a single platform
• Experience launching projects using white-label or turnkey models
• Bonus: experience with Tier 1 markets, stakeholder management and leading product demos

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills, turning data into actionable insights
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Asana
• Understanding of UX design principles
• Bonus: A/B testing, performance marketing and analytics platforms, data science or statistics background
