Product Manager

About the role

Atomic One is building an AI‑native managed service for Amazon sellers, replacing traditional dashboards with specialized AI agents that run brand operations end‑to‑end. We are looking for a Product Manager to own product areas across the agent platform, client‑facing experience, and free tools that bring sellers into our funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Own product areas end‑to‑end: discovery, specification, prioritisation, launch and iteration.
• Translate complex seller workflows into clear product behaviour for AI agents.
• Define success metrics with the data team and measure agent performance.
• Gather feedback from clients and internal brand managers to shape the roadmap.
• Write concise specs, decision documents and PRDs that engineers can build from.
• Prototype, design and ship features using AI tools such as Lovable, Cursor and Claude.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging AI tooling and integrate the best into the product workflow.
• Help define the user experience of AI products to be trustworthy, transparent and fast.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of overall professional experience, with 1–2 years in a product management role (APM to PM level).
• Comfortable working on AI/ML products and understanding of LLMs, agents and model evaluation.
• Strong data fluency: able to explore datasets, define metrics and assess quality without waiting for an analyst.
• Excellent written and spoken English (near‑native proficiency).
• Fast‑moving, ship‑first mindset with a preference for clarity over polish.
• Experience in e‑commerce or Amazon seller ecosystems is a strong plus.

Required skills

• AI/ML product development knowledge.
• Data analysis and metric definition.
• Experience with AI tooling (e.g., Lovable, Cursor, Claude).
• Understanding of Amazon seller platforms (SP‑API, PPC, FBA, SQP).
