Product Manager - Ledger & Reporting

About the role

BVNK, the stablecoin-powered financial stack for enterprises and part of Mastercard, is looking for a Product Manager to own the product vision, strategy and delivery of the Reporting & Customer Reconciliation subdomain within its Ledger domain. The role works with engineering, design, finance, operations and commercial teams so that customers and internal teams can see, understand and trust their financial data. It is remote-first, with hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Reporting & Customer Reconciliation, aligned with Billing 2.0, self-serve experience and MiCA compliance
• Drive transaction report fee breakdowns, ensuring reports and APIs include real-time and invoiced fees by fee type
• Build customer-facing reconciliation endpoints and reporting surfaces so enterprise clients can audit charges, automate close and reconcile against invoices
• Improve internal financial reporting with standardised reports and automated data pipelines for Finance, Reconciliation and Operations
• Work with Billing & Fees, Wallets, Balances, Digital Assets, Treasury and Reconciliation domains for consistent, accurate data
• Define reporting for multi-entity and regulatory requirements such as MiCA safekeeping and EMI reconciliation
• Act as primary product contact for Commercial, Finance, Operations and enterprise customers, and track KPIs on accuracy, adoption and manual effort
• Write PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria, take part in architecture reviews and run beta programmes

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management in fintech, payments or financial services, ideally with ledger, reporting or reconciliation experience
• Experience building internal and customer-facing data products such as reporting APIs, dashboards, data exports or reconciliation tools
• Strong collaboration with engineering, finance, operations, compliance and commercial teams
• Data-driven decision making and clear communication, including PRDs and presentations to senior leadership
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment and across time zones

Required skills

• Understanding of financial data, reporting, reconciliation workflows and fee structures
• Engagement with engineers on API design, data models and database schemas
• Tools such as Snowflake, QuickSight or similar BI/data warehousing platforms
• Nice to have: regulated financial services (EMI, VASP), reconciliation platforms (Duco, Xero), multi-tenant architectures, event-driven pipelines (Kafka) and self-serve billing/invoicing experience

• Fair and competitive salary, with stated ranges of EUR 90,000 to 115,000 for Bulgaria, Spain, Malta and Poland
