Product Support Specialist – Joint Replacement (Barcelona)

About the role

The Product Support Specialist will provide direct support for Stryker’s joint replacement portfolio, including the Mako robotic surgery system, to clinical customers in Barcelona. The role focuses on delivering best‑in‑class service, training, and procedural excellence in the operating theatre.

Key responsibilities

• Service existing and new customers in theatre and clinical environments.
• Support Mako robotic procedures and manual joint replacement surgeries.
• Deliver product training to theatre staff and broader healthcare professionals.
• Audit and manage Stryker stock, consignment inventory, and asset management.
• Conduct product trials, evaluations, and implement new business initiatives.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and clinical applications.
• Collaborate with the regional sales team to ensure high service levels and identify opportunities for additional products.
• Maintain a basic business plan with daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare, or a related scientific/technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience working in the healthcare sector.
• Native or C2 level proficiency in Spanish and advanced English (minimum C1).
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and clinical applications of joint replacement solutions.
