Product Trainer I

About the role

The Product Trainer is responsible for building product knowledge and confidence across retailers, agents, operators and internal staff. Working within the Marketing team, you will design, coordinate and deliver engaging training programs that drive product adoption and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement product training curricula and materials for external and internal audiences.
• Coordinate, schedule and facilitate regular training sessions aligned with business priorities.
• Deliver training through classroom, field‑based, practical and hands‑on formats.
• Create and maintain training aids, manuals, handbooks and reference guides.
• Monitor participant engagement and learning outcomes, recommending improvements.
• Develop and analyse evaluation surveys and effectiveness reports to measure impact.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance data and certification tracking systems.
• Conduct field visits and on‑site sessions to support product awareness and retailer capability.
• Manage all training logistics, including venues, equipment, accommodation and catering.
• Support certification processes, including preparation, distribution, monitoring and renewal.
