Product Training Specialist

About the role

Fever is looking for a Product Training Specialist to own the learning experience for partners and internal teams. You will shape how our product knowledge is shared, ensuring clarity, quality, and self‑serviceability across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Fever Help Center and a comprehensive tutorial video library, creating clear walkthroughs for every feature.
• Design and deliver on‑demand product trainings for new hires in Partner Management and Business Development, and establish train‑the‑trainer programs within each team.
• Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to transform briefs into engaging documentation, scripts, and training decks.
• Coordinate localization efforts by preparing clean source content and managing workflows with the Translation team and AI tools.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools for rapid content creation.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS environments (internship experience acceptable).
• Background in technical content creation, documentation, customer education, or training.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple small content pieces.
• Confident public speaker comfortable leading live trainings and train‑the‑trainer sessions.
