Production Approval Junior Coordinator – Spain

About the role

Join Airbus Defence and Space S.A.U. in Sevilla as a Production Approval Junior Coordinator. You will support both civil and military production approvals, acting as the liaison with authorities and ensuring compliance with certification standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with civil and military authorities on production approval matters.
• Notify authorities of organisational changes before implementation.
• Coordinate and support surveillance audits, track results and corrective actions.
• Maintain Production Organisation Manuals and related documentation.
• Assist in planning, preparing and executing audits for new approvals and significant changes.
• Support EN9100/EN9110/PECAL certification audit campaigns and related corrective actions.
• Validate certifying staff applications and keep the document register up to date.

Required profile

• Entry‑level experience or academic background in quality assurance, aerospace, or a related engineering field.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with regulatory bodies such as AESA and DGAM.
