Production Coordinator – Composite Materials

About the role

You will lead production directly on the shop floor of a renewable‑energy and advanced‑composites project in Andalusia. The role is hands‑on, requiring you to coordinate teams, solve issues in real time and ensure the plant runs safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production activities on the shop floor.
• Manage a team of approximately 50 operators.
• Make operational decisions in real time.
• Optimize composite manufacturing processes (infusion, RTM, fiberglass).
• Ensure quality, safety and on‑time delivery targets are met.
• Act as the technical and operational reference point for the team.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial production.
• Proven experience leading teams.
• Background in composite materials (infusion, RTM, fiberglass) highly valued.
• Technical education – engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and Office 365.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
