About the role
Join Airbus Helicopters’ Graduate Programme in Albacete as a Production Engineer MRO (Trainee). This 11‑month, full‑time internship combines academic study with hands‑on experience in helicopter and component maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) operations.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and support the complete preparation and execution processes for MRO activities on helicopters and components.
- Assist in defining and implementing corrective and improvement actions in line with maintenance data and procedures.
- Collaborate with AHE MRO teams and subcontractors to ensure on‑time, on‑cost, and on‑quality deliveries.
- Participate in data analysis, lessons‑learned sessions, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Recent graduate (2026) from an engineering or related discipline.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Problem‑oriented mindset, proactive attitude, and strong team spirit.
