Production & Supply Planner – Europe Zone

About the role

We are looking for a Production & Supply Planner to join our Planning Service Center in Barcelona. The role is critical for ensuring product availability across the European supply network while optimizing total delivered cost. You will drive end‑to‑end supply planning, coordinate with factories and markets, and use scenario planning to mitigate risks.

Key responsibilities

• Generate an 18‑month production plan that respects capacity and guarantees service in all markets.
• Review and confirm production requirements from the signed‑off demand plan, aligning with inventory targets and network constraints.
• Run what‑if scenarios to close supply‑demand gaps and communicate risks to factories and market stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory targets and work to reduce excess while maintaining product availability.
• Lead review meetings with factories and markets to align on capacity, production, and supply plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or Economics; Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply planning, production planning or demand planning.
• Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus.
• Experience working with an ERP system and in a multinational environment.
