Program Manager CPS

About the role

The Program Manager owns a key client program end‑to‑end, ensuring Bureau Veritas delivers against client requirements, agreed KPIs and service expectations. The role bridges the client, key account management, technical consultants and global operations, coordinating internal activities and occasional client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor program KPIs (service delivery, turnaround time) daily/weekly and produce performance summaries, dashboards and ad‑hoc analysis.
• Coordinate with global operations, laboratories, KAMs, CRM and technical consultants to keep the program running to client standards.
• Translate client requirements into clear operational instructions and ensure correct deployment across the BV network.
• Engage with the client to clarify expectations, close service gaps and align on priorities.
• Resolve program issues quickly through internal processes, document corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong coordination and communication abilities across multiple internal teams and cultures.
• Capability to translate client expectations into operational procedures and drive their implementation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with program‑monitoring and reporting tools and internal systems such as BVLabNG, ARG, ECOM and OTRD.
