Program Manager – Mining Projects (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Program Manager with a solid background in the mining industry to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across Central America. The role will oversee planning, execution and delivery of multiple interrelated mining projects, from exploration and development to operations readiness and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end program management for mining initiatives in Central America, integrating exploration, technical studies, permitting and operational readiness workstreams.
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, budgets and resource plans, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, institutional relations and community expectations while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and report status to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing mining programs or large‑scale projects in the mining sector.
• Strong understanding of exploration, development, permitting and operations readiness processes.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work remotely with a global team.
