Project Coordinator – Remote (Spain)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to join a market‑leading cybersecurity organisation’s Professional Services team. The role is fully remote within Spain and focuses on managing a high volume of short‑term customer projects, typically lasting less than ten days.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment resources across multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage approximately 20 short‑term projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Track project progress, risks and dependencies, and maintain clear communication with internal teams and customers.
• Support the Professional Services team with planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in networking, professional services or cybersecurity environments.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and the capacity to prioritise across multiple projects.
• Adaptable to a fast‑changing, delivery‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
