Project Manager – Automated Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of automated solutions projects for our customers. You will act as the main liaison between TGW, clients and third‑party partners, ensuring projects meet specifications, budgets and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑value, complex projects from inception to handover.
• Coordinate TGW resources daily to align with defined scopes of work.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project objectives are achieved on time, within cost and according to TGW’s quality and safety standards.
• Define quality expectations, act as the primary contact for quality‑assurance matters, and oversee project reporting and financial controls.
• Create integrated project plans, align work‑stream schedules and guarantee successful project acceptance and handover.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven experience leading large, high‑complexity engineering projects.
• Strong customer‑facing abilities and capacity to interact at all organisational levels.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in French, Spanish and English.
