Project Manager

About the role

REEL International, a global leader in complex lifting and handling systems, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead tooling projects for its aeronautic branch in Spain. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements and define project deliverables.
• Establish the project organisational structure and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor safety, quality, delivery, and cost throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with REEL internal processes and contractual obligations.
• Identify and manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality deviations.
• Assess risks and opportunities and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate supply‑chain activities, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning on‑site.
• Conduct functional testing and hand over operational systems to the end user.
• Provide clear internal and external project reporting.
• Support the preparation of commercial offers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in tooling project management.
• Experience in the aeronautic sector is a plus.
• Strong communication, proactive attitude, and ethical conduct.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.

Required skills

• CATIA (preferred).
