About the role
Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Project Manager / Project Management Officer specialist for its Tablada plant in the Sevilla area. The role covers improvement projects, acts as a PMO driver for transformation and strategic projects, and implements operational excellence actions. It is a permanent position.
Key responsibilities
- Lead improvement projects at Tablada as Project Manager: define scope, schedule and budget, coordinate the team, manage risk, handle stakeholders and customers, and ensure deliverables.
- Act as PMO, driving transformation and strategic projects: define governance, set methodology and processes, prioritise projects in line with strategy, standardise reporting and portfolio review, manage capacity and resources, and support Project Managers.
- Implement improvement actions based on the Operational Excellence System to eliminate non-value-added steps in the process.
Required profile
- Professional experience level.
- Awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
