Project Manager – SaaS Solutions

About the role

Generix is seeking a Project Manager to lead the operational execution of SaaS solution implementations. Reporting to the Project Director, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in project scoping with clients and define detailed activity schedules.
• Coordinate technical, functional, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track daily progress, identify blockers, and propose corrective actions.
• Organise and lead operational follow‑up meetings, including project committees and team check‑ins.
• Contribute to risk management and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Draft project documentation such as meeting minutes, test plans, and acceptance reports.
• Maintain clear communication between internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and invoicing.
• Promote continuous improvement of project processes and share best practices.

Required profile

• Higher education in engineering, IT, or project management.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies; Prince2 or PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong command of English; French is desirable.
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and multicultural teamwork skills.
