Project Manager – SCADA & EMS (Hybrid – Greece/Spain)

About the role

Power Factors is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead utility‑scale SCADA and EMS projects across Spain, Portugal, Western Europe and Latin America. The role is hybrid, allowing work from Greece or Spain while collaborating with global teams to deliver renewable‑energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and enforce SCADA project execution plans from sales through commissioning.
• Own project timelines, deliverables, invoicing milestones and closure.
• Maintain daily client communication and ensure timely follow‑up on requests.
• Adopt and enforce company processes and project‑task management tools.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, deliverables and milestones.
• Update project plans with focus on billing and timelines.
• Work closely with technical managers, engineers, subcontractors and regional stakeholders.
• Plan and monitor internal workflows and resource allocations.
• Oversee handoff between cross‑functional teams and act as primary client interface for SCADA systems.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Project Manager on utility‑scale SCADA or renewable‑energy projects.
• Strong collaborative spirit and ability to communicate tactically with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating internal and external resources across multiple regions.
• Ability to deliver on time, manage budgets and ensure customer satisfaction.
