Project / Program Coordinator – QA, Website Readiness & Digital Merchandising

About the role

We are seeking a Project / Program Coordinator to support a leading global technology company in Madrid. The role will drive the planning, execution and delivery of large‑scale digital initiatives focused on quality assurance, website readiness and digital merchandising across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor projects from initiation to completion, defining timelines, milestones and dependencies.
• Collaborate with product, tech, marketing, operations and business teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks and operational challenges, proposing mitigation actions and escalating critical issues.
• Manage large‑scale testing activities, issue tracking, prioritisation and defect resolution.
• Support website launch readiness, ensuring content, promotional placements and merchandising elements are correctly configured.
• Coordinate digital merchandising initiatives for strategic campaigns and provide ad‑hoc data analysis for business decisions.
• Prepare status reports and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Native‑level Spanish and advanced English (C1‑C2) proficiency.
• Proven experience in project coordination or program support within digital or technology environments.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, international setting.
