QA/QC Manager

About the role

Synergy Construction seeks an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control activities for a large‑scale construction project in Figueruelas, Zaragoza, Spain. You will ensure that all works comply with contract specifications, drawings, standards and internal quality policies.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the project quality programme, test and inspection plans.
• Create and manage Quality Management System documents, including procedures, material approvals, test plans and quality records.
• Plan, schedule and control inspection and testing activities, ensuring timely follow‑up of field laboratory and third‑party test reports.
• Conduct internal quality audits of the project and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate records for delivery, manage non‑conforming products, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor, analyse and report quality performance data throughout construction phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience on large‑scale construction projects.
• Fluent English and a valid work permit for Spain.
• Strong communication, inter‑departmental coordination and leadership abilities.
