QC & Production Materials Analyst

About the role

The QC & Production Materials Analyst ensures that all leather and raw materials meet Strathberry’s luxury quality standards. Working on‑site in Ubrique, Spain, the role manages quality assurance processes, supplier performance, and production readiness to support exceptional craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect leather and raw materials for defects and perform quality control tests.
• Visit suppliers to verify that materials meet specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed QC records, including non‑conformities by grade and batch.
• Collaborate with production and cutting teams to monitor consumption and recommend improvements to yield and cutting practices.
• Suggest changes to pattern placement, cutting techniques, or leather types to improve yield.
• Support Design and Product Development teams with data and leather choices.
• Collate data by SKU to monitor consumption and true cost.
• Analyse waste levels and drive initiatives that support sustainability targets.
