Quality Assistant Intern

About the role

VeryChic, a European travel platform specializing in exclusive luxury hotel and travel deals and part of the Accor Group, is looking for a Quality Assistant intern in Barcelona. The intern plays a key role in ensuring the competitiveness, optimal pricing and availability of the platform's exclusive flash sales.

Key responsibilities

• Benchmark flash sales across different stages to ensure maximum rate and availability competitiveness
• Monitor each offer and track performance metrics before and after competitive analysis
• Analyze key measures and trends across specific sales regions and areas
• Take part in optimizing and automating benchmark tools and quality processes
• Carry out competitive intelligence to anticipate new consumption trends and market demand
• Work with Digital Content, Sales and cross-functional teams to align quality standards
• Support other quality management initiatives depending on operational workload

Required profile

• Fluent in at least two of English, French or Spanish
• Graduate or student in Tourism, E-commerce, Business or a related field
• Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement starting January 2027
• Previous experience in tourism, travel or hospitality is a plus

Required skills

• Strong analytical capabilities
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
