Quality Assurance Specialist Junior

About the role

AB-BIOTICS S.A. is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Junior Quality Assurance Specialist to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of its Quality Management System across a diverse portfolio of regulated products.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the Quality Management System in line with company‑defined certifications.
• Record and follow up deviations, claims, corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and prepare related documentation and investigations.
• Support environmental control monitoring activities.
• Provide assistance for internal training sessions.
• Review technical documentation, specifications, and Certificates of Analysis (CoAs).
• Help during internal and external audits.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences, preferably Pharmacy.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FSSC 22000 standards.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485.
• Understanding of GMP Pharma regulations.
