Quality Implementation Trainee (6‑month internship)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Quality Implementation Trainee to join the Quality team at our Bolton Food Spain plant in O Grove. This six‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in product and process validation, quality control, and technical reporting within a leading food company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the technical team with pilot and industrial trials on the plant floor.
• Prepare, manage, and ship samples for quality testing.
• Record technical parameters, report deviations, and help draft technical reports.
• Support data traceability and ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and food defense standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and a high level of English (C1).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
