Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager oversees the quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure laboratory services meet regulatory and accreditation standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining high‑quality performance across radiology and other assigned laboratory areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, customer requirements and applicable regulations.
• Promote a culture of quality through training, SOP implementation, communication and continuous education.
• Develop, monitor and report quality objectives and improvement initiatives with Group and local leadership.
• Manage incidents, non‑conformities, complaints, adverse events and post‑market surveillance, including risk assessments, root‑cause analysis, corrective actions and regulatory reporting.
• Plan, lead and coordinate internal and external audits, certifications, management reviews and follow‑up actions.
• Act as liaison with radiology institutes, certification bodies, regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders on quality and compliance matters.
• Drive process harmonisation, risk management, business continuity and quality improvements using KPIs, dashboards and change controls.
• Support operational and medical management teams with governance, budget management and regulatory compliance initiatives.

• Rigorous, organised and responsive, with flexibility to travel as needed.
